I'm a country kid from the small country town of Exmouth, Western Australia. I love all things ocean, nature and spirituality. I have a delicious husband and 3 incredible kids....most of the time! haha.
My beautiful Mum, Diane, was an amazing healer. She lost her battle with cancer in 2009 after being in remission of 15 years. A Kinesiologist, Bowen Therapist and Reflexologist, Teacher of Tai Chi, QiGong and a Reiki Master she was a massive influence on cultivating my deep connection with spirit.
Growing up, I was fortunate enough to be gifted every new, leading edge spiritual growth books. Authors like Abraham Hicks, Carolyn Myss, Louise Hay, Dan Millman, Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue plus an extensive variety of Healing Modalities.

How did my gifts develop?
I completed my first Reiki Healing workshop at 18 and my first Massage course at 20. In 2003 I completed a 2 year full time Diploma of Remedial Massage and was awarded "Student Of The Year".
As my client base increased, so did my intuition, visions and insights. Just by placing hands on the client's body, I was able to see visions of arguments, stresses or discord that they had been experiencing.
I found that I could quickly and accurately link into how to how the clients had been feeling, their stress and what tools would help them shift to a better feeling path and place within themselves.
As I began sharing these visions, messages and insights, clients were able to release and let go of the tension held in their bodies with ease. Enabling them to move forward on their path with clarity, balance and understanding.
Sharing powerful, accurate, useful guidance became my strength. Massage transformed into massage and guidance sessions combined. Eventually I separated from Massage and Healing Guidance Sessions were born.
